To view file with a '.pdf' extention, you will need to have
a program called Acrobat Reader installed onto your computer.
It is available as a free download from adobe.com.

Click on the link below, a new browser window will open up,
giving you access to the Acrobat Reader Downloads Page,
where, to the left of the page you will see a link for
"Text-only Acrobat Reader download page". follow this link
and select the english version for the platform (PC or Macintosh)
you require.

A dialog box should appear asking what you wish to do with the
file. Select "Save this program to disk" Browse to a folder where
you wish to save the file. Once the file has downloaded, open
the folder and click on the file to install.
